We currently have a lot of admins on both the Source and the 1.6 server. You have proven yourself to have changed, and of that there is no question. What I am doubting is whether you've changed enough or if you still have a way to go.

You have also proven yourself to care very much for the community - your English is much better and you have shown a lot of patience. If there wasn't so many admins already, you would stand a better chance of being accepted. But as it looks right now, I must unfortunately decline you. Feel free to re-apply when there is less heat around the admin-spots !
