Hello, my name is joram. In css my name is henk(n3w k1ds)
My steam username is headhunterzXL.
I' m 16 years old, I live in the Netherlands, and i was born in Nijmegen.
now i live in zelhem. It's a tiny village behind Doetinchem.
I don't have any admin experience, but i do have leader qualities.
when i' m playing with my friends i often take the lead.
i want to be an admin because i want to make the dream evil a better place
to play with friends. i know a few admins, and i have a lot of their qualities.
like being nice, not only being the Supervisor but also being a friend
for the players. and i can work well with the admins.
i know i dont have any Experience but i will learn, and
if i become admin i will make the breakfloor server a fun
place without any tk'ers and trenchers and any person who wants
to poisen the dream evil server. also, i' m 16 years old so i dont
play a lot of games (with school and stuff) but the only game i play online is
css. and i play more than 2 hours a day, so that seems enough to me:)
also i' m very mature, and Though some people say my English is bad,
it's good enough to get an English degree.

Btw. i know that being an admin is not t always fun, but that doesn’t matter to

Reasons
You're english isn't good.. The grammar of your apply really sucks, and the spelling sucks real bad.
You're english is too bad, for a 16 year old guy.
But that's my opinion.

I'm afraid I have to agree with Pwnzerfaust. Your english is not advanced enough, you have too many spelling mistakes. I'm sorry, it's a NO from me.

It's a ''no'' for me, just because I think we've got enough admins and like kickfoot posted: you're english isn't advanced enough.

Well, I did talk to an admin on this server who knew less in English than I in Swedish, so I think his English is fair enough (Henks).
About U, Henk - U're a friendly guy and I do not recall seeing U break the rules of the server. I'd like to say Dream-Evil has enough of good admins, but I can't, because most of them can't be online often (school, work, other ventures). The server lacks an admin often - why not recruit some more fire power? I give U my YES!

You don't need to have perfect English. You simply need to be fluent.

I'm not really sure why all applications these days turn into an argument over whether someone can speak English or not; I don't think it really helps with D-E's reputation. Sure, I think the admins should be allowed to briefly evaluate the fluency of an applicant's English, and I think the applicants should be allowed to respond, but when reply after reply turns into "my English is better than yours!!" it just becomes stupid. Let's see if we can avoid that in henk's application, hey?

OK, I disagree with you saying your English is good enough to get an English degree (I am English so I have a pretty good idea). However, your English isn't generally bad enough to hinder what you are trying to say - but if there was more than one applicant who Doggie was considering accepting, I don't think your English would help you. That's all I want to say about that topic.

You seem like a friendly enough guy but I'd like to know a bit more about why you think you have leadership qualities. I don't remember playing with you under my fake name, so I'll keep an eye out for you over the next couple of weeks. You should also see if you can make it to the fightnight that's happening later in the month, as hopefully I'll be there to have a chat to you then. It's good to see you are quite active on the forums though.

For now I'll abstain from saying yes or no, but hopefully I'll get to play with you soon and I'll make my mind up about you then.

This is true, everyone is now slashing on his use of English (however I started the discussion about this topic). That's not really fair. Look at the personality!

Nick speaks the truth - however important the English skills are, it is nothing to bicker about!

I'm going to have to decline you, henk, for various reasons. We are, at most, looking for one or even two admins right now. Out of those who have applied, I see very few who can actually make it - you unfortunately fall out of that category. You seem like a very nice guy, you are extremely friendly and your English is not way too bad - you have very good chances of getting admin in the future!

In your case, you simply don't stand out of the crowd . I hope to see you applying in a month or two again, and thanks for joining us in our fightnight !
