This is not an issue. Votekick and voteban simply are not present because of problems we have had with such functionality before. If it is largely requested I will consider adding it again, but currently it will stay as it is.

cuz many people teamkills and trench and spamming mic.. i think its a big issue.

Then you call an admin! ;) And spamming mic aint a big issue! You just mute him! ;D

If you don't want to hear or use mic, you can disable microphone at game options. Just sayin'

yeah.. but sometimes i want to listen to what they say ;)
and whiskey, when i make a friend request many rejects..
