I have an idea that might could be a great thing for the server. I thought that we might could introduce something called Officers. People who reports to the official admins and just keeps the server on-going when none of the admins are online.
They cannot ban or kick or do anything like that, but they can report tkillers, hackers or trenchers to the admins. So when there are no admins online, an officer can tell the bad guy to stop. If he does'nt stop, the officer reports to the admin and the person gets kicked or banned.

I'm a person who would fit, because im online pretty often. I've helped a few admins before.
And maybe people who are waiting to get an answer for their admin-apply could become officers for a short amount of time, to help the admins to make a decision.

So what do you think? Good idea?

I don't think that this is a good idea. Mainly what you're saying is that whenever you see someone teamkill, you tell him to stop, and if he doesn't - you report it to us. Adding a "Officer" rank is useless if you ask me. You have no administrator powers, you cannot kick, you cannot ban etcetera. "Officers" are just normal players. We shouldn't need any Officers looking out for i.e. teamkillers. However, you are free to contact a server administrator on Steam and ask him to come to the server if there's a rule-breaker.

If you want to help, feel free to make an application once they are open.

I think KickFoot pretty much stated my opinion on this issue too - there is no need for Officers in the current system.

If you disagree, please, by all means, go ahead and try to convince us!

I don't think it's a good idea, because we have got for like.. 25 admins? If everyone is applying for officer, there will be nothing more to do for admins. And if you want to help the server with kicking out all annoying ppl, apply for admin, or just report everything on the forums. No new 'Officer' rank for me!

I think a report ticket system is much more useful.

i dont think it is so good because than we have too much officers one time and it would be a chaos^^

i think the concept is right,, like people who contact admins and stuff
but i already do that and i dont need a rank like officier to do that;)
and its kinda strange becouse the admins are the ears and eyes of doggie
and then there are officiers who are the ears and eyes of the adminsXD
a little bit complicated..
