Hello everyone!

After hearing a lot of complaints about the lack of varied maps, I decided to go look for some myself. I've found three maps that I think would be good to try on the server:

• breakfloor_mario - same kind of breakfloor-ish style but with some really fun textures!
• breakfloorhall_beta - an entire new breakfloor-map with a very interesting concept
• breakfloor_extended_beta4 - a test-map, its newly designed bottom level can create problems

The following is the current mapcycle (30min between each map):

I hope to see some of your comments on these maps! They will be auto-downloaded when you join the server.

EDIT: Added a poll, running two weeks from now! Try the maps out and then report back .

I came to server when breakfoor2k5 was on. Timeleft said it will last for 3 minutes and 10 seconds. Minutes later it showed 26 minutes. Why does breakfloor2k5 go on for 2 rounds? I truly dislike this map and I was so waiting for the new one to come on.

It really is not supposed to do that. I will take a look into that! Let us stay on topic - what did you think about the new maps?

3rd time in a row, now it says again 23 minutes. I do not know what to think of the new maps because I have not seen them. Sorry for off-topic, Doggs!

URGENT!
breakfloorhall_beta allows maximum 5 members in one team. Even now players are sitting and complaining that they cannot join the game (they are in spec. mode)

I have played one of the new ones. It's great. And it's the same map as Henk is talking about. But don't there is one bad thing with it. There are so many new places to camp on that map, on the way down and the bottom. Hard to find players there.

But still great job Doggie, we needed this.

Pung, I see what you mean - it is something I've been thinking about too. I think we should try it and see if people really do camp. I am open to suggestions!

I misunderstood it before, it is actually 10 players max, no matter how many in one team (breakhall_beta). From what I understand now, Doggie, one map is in cycle for 3 times (that hall map is on for the 3rd time now and so was breakfloor2k5).

Right about now.

The only problems are:
The maps sometimes are the same, like 1 map takes 30 minute's
Then one map goes on for 60 minutes, 2 times in a row.
And the map that ewil was talking about it has a 10 players max.
