I can't sleep.. I need advises on how to fall into sleep.. I think this topic's gonna be hot!
It's easy to get a girl but fall into sleep, hard as chocolate! After 2hours it melts.. I want to fall into sleep after 15 minutes! I have the same problem every night.

Sleeping pills! Get recept from doctor or something if you got sleeping problems! ;D Best advice i can tell you! ;P

I agree with Glorious. I have not slept last night, because I was thinking too much about Minecraft and logic gates within the game. Anyway, if you focus too much on the internet before you go to sleep, no chance you get to sleep. Take an hour or two just to chill and get some drinks, some snacks, and just watch some boring TV show.

Sometimes I go to bed just because I know I would be so angry in the morning if I stayed up all night again. My workday is almost 12 hours long so I need my sleep. During my free days I try to game and touch somebody all throufgh the night though...

It used to take me 1-2 hours before i fell into sleep, it was like neb said, I was thinking about what i just did in the game and how I can improve it.
Then i started to train before I went to bed. Its so much easier to sleep when yuor boy ahs done some physical work:) Try it!
