I think it is said in some section here in forums, but u may re-apply in 3-4weeks, I prefer 1 month (weeks) so people can get to know you better and such

Pointless topic. Rules say clearly that you can re-apply after 1 or 2 months. Re-applying early does not mean you have higher chances of being accepted. Use the time wisely and be patient.
