not my opinion but ok
new idea: work 6 1/2 hours as barkeeper until four in the morning, then you are able to fall asleep in no time

yeah, that might work 
but i have solved the problem a while ago. i am shoveling snow and working out a bit after that! 
then i go to bed and watch movies untill i fall asleep (like 11pm)
