CS1.6 but i got a new account on steam and need to buy it new (used the account of my brother before)

after i looked into several introducings:
my hobbies are sports (snowboarding, climbing, jogging, archery, volleyball, NOT SOCKER, doing several stuff on my pc (can be with games or for school), reading books (to fall asleep fast as h#ll!)
i am 18 years old
i recently discovered the rats server with a friend and we liked it ;)
small question btw: is the Flubbel of this community the same one as the [AIO] |:Flubbel:| [=Q] who is rank #1 on the server?
